Clean hotel with an excellent staff and reasonably priced and brand-new rooms. Good and magnificent location, 15 mins walk from the city center. Great restaurant inside the property. A modern and beautifully kept hotel, my first choice in Ooltewah.

The location was comfortable and magnificent because it was really close to a nearby restaurant and the park and Chattanooga. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Really nice place for wedding. Brand-new hotel in a very comfortable area just next door to food restaurants, and Cleveland. The location was comfortable and magnificent and the staff members were knowledgeable. A nice size and reasonably priced rooms with a good breakfast available. Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave.

Beds were a little hard.

Greatly enjoyed my stay here and recommend this hotel. That was very well decorated venue set in really comfortable area, just off great restaurant, Chattanooga and the softball fields. The location was comfy and excellent, the staff was knowledgeable. I found nice Mcdonald's by accident, it was within a close distance from the hotel.

The hotel was located close to most popular restaurants and shopping in the NE Chattanooga area, Ooltewah and malls and restuarants. Stocked room, that also was tidy with a good breakfast. Its location was great, very close to the park. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.

Their staff were extremely unfriendly.

Towels and washclothes were missing.

Location was great & they served a good hot breakfast.

Nothing really, but the hot tub was closed which was disappointing to my son who wanted to use it.

This place is very well decorated and the staff are amicable. The rooms are reasonably priced and brand-new with a walk in shower, so that guests have essentials. The location is particularly good and excellent, the check in is easy. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is great.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we needed, including a variety of restaurants and a nearby park. The room was nicely appointed, with a sitting area, fridge, sink, microwave. The bed was comfortable with lovely bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet despite being busy.

The biscuits were burnt, the sausages tasted like rubber, and the powdered eggs were inedible. The breakfast area was poorly stocked, with items like bread, muffins, and juice unavailable.
